Recent Projects, Education and Experience

Biography Kristine Falck-Pedersen has been a practitioner of Yoga for more than 20 years. Since graduating from the Temple of Kriya Yoga’s two-year intensive teacher’s training program, Kristine has taught Yoga at Lake Point Tower, the Gold Coast Multiplex, the Ritz Carlton, the Kriya Temple, and at seminars, colleges, retreats and spas, including Rio Caliente, Mexico. In 1995, she progressed to the level of master teacher and began teaching the Advanced Hatha Yoga Class for the Temple of Kriya Yoga. During that time, she also completed a rigorous two-year seminary program at the Temple and in 1996 was ordained Swami Jivananda. She has lecturered at Columbia College, medical seminars, retreats and conferences. She has spoken on subjects such as Spirituality, Yoga, Philosophy, Chakras, Stress reduction, Anger management, Violence prevention, Ayurvedic medicine, Herbs and Nutrition. Recently Kristine published an article reviewing some of the world's most renowned Yoga teachers at the Yoga Journal's Annual Yoga Teachers' Conference for "Yoga Chicago," Chicago's own monthly publication for news, events and articles on Yoga and Yoga-related topics.
